Ready, uploaded and public are three different states

Five states represent five different facts

Assets ready means video, cover and copy exist. Information entered means the title, tags, description and visibility are inside the platform. Saved means a draft exists. Uploaded or under review means the platform has the file. Public means an external visitor can open the public page.

Without a verified public URL, the post is not recorded as published. This prevents false completion, duplicate uploads and missing releases.

Keep evidence for every platform

The public URL is the primary evidence, followed by the platform content ID, publication time, version name, backend snapshot date and metrics at that moment. Metrics change, so every snapshot needs a date.

A backend success message does not guarantee public access. Recheck title, cover, captions, audio, description and links from the external page.

Record failure and rework

The first-pet story had YouTube upload versions at about 2,916, 1,397 and 15 views. It demonstrates why drafts, duplicate uploads, private versions and verified-public versions must stay separate rather than being added together.

A failure record says where it happened, whether the public page was affected, which new version replaced it and whether the old version remains online.

Keep one actionable content table

One content ID connects the asset library, master edit, platform copy and public URLs. The table tracks theme, master, platform, version, current state, public URL, evidence date, key result and next action.

The goal is not to store everything. It is to make the blockage, owner and completion evidence visible at a glance.
